In a sector always focusing on the next big thing, we have taken a step back and realised that not enough investment is being made in future-proofing the industry. The Talent Academy allows us to pass on the knowledge we have attained, and ensure the next Generation of Leaders (our Gen-Ls) are ready to light the path for tomorrow.

Talent Academy Opportunities.

In the Talent Academy, you will be placed into internal roles, external roles, or a hybrid between the two.

  • Internal

    At CSX, we practice what we preach. Our internal team is built on the Gen-Ls and our TA Alumni, who make up 50% of internal roles. We spot bright talent and place across Finance, HR, Operations, Resourcing, and the Talent Academy itself to build our own internal teams. In our internal roles, you will be given close access to industry experts and an opportunity to fast-track your career.

  • External

    Our clients are at the core of what CSX does. This means many of our TA roles are based in the practices, with regular exposure to client work. Talent Academy roles range from technical development to business analysis, to project management (and everything in between!) We think the best way to learn is by doing, and these roles give hands-on experience with our clients to accelerate Gen-L learning and experience.
