What We Do
When you join the Talent Academy, you will start a role in one of out of three of our business areas. The streams are specific yet give you the opportunity to get involved in varying projects and try new things. During your time in the Talent Academy, we want you to have the opportunity to learn through experience and work out what interests you most.
You will have the opportunity to work on a range of internal projects with people from across the organisation & gain exposure to people at different levels of seniority whilst understanding, documenting and improving processes.
You will have the opportunity to work in our Modern Workplace, Infrastructure & Applications or Service Management practice. You will have the chance to be involved in delivering a range of projects in your practice area.
You will have the opportunity to work on the client site with the support of the Talent Academy by running and managing services for our clients. This will give you exposure to the CloudStratex business as well as key client experience.
Our mission is to help clients leverage next generation technologies and accelerate them towards self-sufficiency. We work across three main practices:
We help our clients to better manage their infrastructure and update systems in a more efficient way, exploring different platforms.
A magic circle law firm, where the team assessed how the client was outsourcing their internal process systems before making recommendations based on their findings to improve it.
Looking at legacy systems for an insurance company, identifying areas of improvement and solutions before moving into optimisation work.
This practice focuses on how clients manage their IT and their business services to provide better offering for their customers.
Long term relationship with a global insurance provider, supporting a ServiceNow implementation.
Structuring information models to make sure that everyone in an organisation makes decisions based on the same data.
Working with a client to enhance ability to design, deliver and manage processes in IT to help face instability and minimise disruption.
We look into the tools, software and devices that teams use to work and how these can be transformed to improve operational efficiency and organisation goals.
Assess readiness of the company for O365 integration across several areas in the business, creating a roadmap on steps needed to do so.
Working with a global education company on their digital workplace program looking to achieve greater flexibility within and outside the physical workplace.
Looking at the use of voice and video tools.
Assessing the office space the team operate in.
Whether you specialise in tech or are a humanities student if you are willing to learn and do what it takes, we want you. What role at CloudStratex could you see yourself in?
